SCPT / STPC is a non-profit organization registered in Puerto Rico and recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. EIN: 66-1136838. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Volunteer service. Consistent with U.S. Department of Labor guidance under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), individuals who volunteer or donate their services, usually on a part-time basis, for religious, charitable, educational, or humanitarian objectives—without contemplation of pay—are not considered employees of the religious or non-profit organization that receives their service. Volunteer roles listed here are unpaid. Paid positions (Part-time or Contract) will include clear terms regarding compensation before any agreement is made.

Membership required. Active membership in SCPT / STPC is required for all roles.
